My role in the MangaBullet team
Always trying to maintain a balance, he won't hesitate to play devil's advocate if it will get his point across. Or so he likes to say. In reality, he can't keep his focus on any one thing, and so you shouldn't be surprised when he shifts from talking about electromagnetic physics to ranting about why movie theater food is so expensive. Careful with this one; he's a bit of a live wire.
Just a guy who has recently gotten interested in anime and manga. My talents are pretty limited, so don't expect much. I'm pretty chatty (well, really chatty), so if you'd like, feel free to say hello.

Here's some side info, in case you're curious. I'm a college student majoring in electrical engineering who has a thing for writing and drawing. I'm good at working with my hands, so cooking, crafts, and general tinkering all come pretty easily to me. I'm pretty lazy, though, so I don't get as much done as I like. I'm trying, though.

Likes: Writing, drawing, cooking, working with computers, building things, editing videos, editing photos, listening to music, singing, reading, and plenty of other things. I'm not afraid to try some new things every now and then.
Dislikes: Not much, but I get nervous easily around new people. I hate when things get repetitive, and I also hate when story plots are changed to suit the fans. I don't like when people are deliberately fake to me, and I'm pretty quick to notice. I don't like being left out of things, either. I hate being bored most of all, though.
Books: Anything fantasy related, but I also like books by authors like James Patterson. My favorite of his is When the Wind Blows. It's still one of my favorite books.
Films: Ocean's Eleven. Just pure, concentrated cleverness. Other stuff is good, but witty humor and twisting plots are my favorites.
Music: Anything except repetitive rap and excessively vulgar music. I especially like rock, jazz, trance, and J-rock. Alternative music also works for me. I'm a fan of things that aren't common where I'm from.
Item of choice: Something to stop time with!

Do we REALLY need duplicate clubs?
Posted on 16th Dec 2008 at 11:15 AMI just saw ANOTHER D.Gray-Man club today, and I think four is more than enough. There needs to be some kind of MASSIVE warning about duplicate clubs. That way, when we get sick of seeing fifty different clubs, we can delete them without even wasting time.
Seriously, guys? Check before you make a club. I'm probably preaching to the choir on this one, since most people who read this know the basic ground rules for clubs, but I still felt the need to rant about it. I mean, are people really arrogant enough to see four clubs and think, "I can do better than all of them"? Seriously? Come on now.
Then there are clubs about what the entire SITE is about. We need a club about manga and anime? Really? That's what the forums are for. It's true; there's a manga and anime forum. It's fun. Go look.
Sorry about that.
That's it. Short rant this time. Must be a relief to all of you.

Oh man...midterms. 
I dread for the long-awaited. I'm struggling with math honors right now, and so I worry that I won't be good at midterms. *sigh* It doesn't seem like my math teacher cares for those who fail the class...he only cares if people come to seek help. e.e;;; Doesn't realize that some people don't have the time to seek help.

Yeah, I've been wanting to update the blog for a while now, so that's great. Plus, it looks good, so I've got no problems. I was a bit hesitant about getting a contest started, but if that's where the interest is, it's fine. Just as long as it isn't the "I'm not sure what to do, so let's do a contest" thing that a lot of clubs do.

I know what you mean - I'm trying to run some ideas up on my other clubs besides contests, so I've asked people to come up with other suggestions, too. After all, we can't run the club on contests forever. But I'll use the blog to update people on games and such too (since I'm always buying them when they come out, lolz). Thanks for letting me help out with the club, by the way - I'm having tons of fun and I'm glad you trust me with it! *hugs*
